Single-Ply Roofing
Single-Ply roofing is a single layer of membrane that is secured to the deck by being ballasted (covered with rock), mechanically attached (with screws and plates), or fully adhered (glued). This low slope type of roofing originates back to the 60's but has gained immense popularity due to increase in technology and ease of installation. Installation is made easy due to the flexibility of membrane which aids in resilience to cracks and punctures up to 30 years. We offer all three types of membrane and will assist you in selecting your best option: EPDM (rubber), TPO (rubber and plastic blend), and PVC (plastic).
